In 2019, the company was incorporated into a group company and consolidated TRUAGRO LIFE, TRUAGRO FRESH, TRUAGRO LIVE and PHENIX AGRO brands within its body. In 2021 the group founded a plastic injection company titled TRUPLAST in order to produce for its own export operations.
